NAI Realvest negotiates more than 23,500SF in industrial leases, Longwood and Sanford

Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest, brokered all three transactions, two of them new leases at the Fleet Financial Center in Longwood, where Taylor Newman Cabinetry, Inc. of Longwood leased suite 100 with 12,544 square feet at 754 Fleet Financial Court. The Great Magnet, LLC d/b/a TapeBrothers.com of Longwood leased suite 105 with 5,000 square feet at 751 Fleet Financial Court. Fleet Financial Center, Inc. of Longwood is the landlord.

In Sanford, Heidrich negotiated a renewal lease at 801 Central Park Drive at the Central Florida Industrial Park. The tenant, DHR Mechanical Services, Inc. d/b/a Shumate Mechanical, is a local mechanical service contractor who renewed its lease of 6,000 square feet at the facility. Winter Park-based Selwo Investment Group is the landlord.
