By the way..... she was clocked doing 74 miles per hour not 100. There were no drugs in the car and no pedestrian in the roadway.Sometimes fear and anxiety can cause law abiding citizens to do stupid things. She has no criminal record not even a traffic violation. Lastly may you one day be judged as harshly as you are judging her.

Were you in the car? Did you look at the speedometer when she was driving? I know the Banner has a tendency to write things that are not true but come on..... this is quite an embellishment to what your saying.

If you Know her Tell her to move, We don't need any stinking Drug Dealers here. Her initial Speed was 72 but she accelerated to over 100.

She didn't care about the residents of Bennington why should we care about her?.

Turner first clocked Barnes going east on Route 279 at 72 miles per hour in a 55-miles per hour zone at about 6:30 p.m. He made a U-turn near the New York state line and began his pursuit. Shortly after, the vehicle picked up speed to more than 100 miles per hour and started passing vehicles.

Just incase high speed mis read the story I figured I would show this section of the story

I've never heard of moranda rights, is that what you give morons? Just curious, Miranda rights are only needed when you have custody and interrogation. So, you can throw cuffs on people and talk with them all you want, but until you start asking questions they don't need Miranda. Sighted for alluding, must be another new law term. That would mean that someone saw, or witnessed, the alluding. So to fix this it would be called cited (as into court) for elluding (running from the police.) Last I knew police didn't have to call for bail, or conditions on misdemenor offenses, maybe that was just my case? Generally bail is required for serious offenses, not driving like an idiot, and transporting drug dealers. Go and have yourself a nice relaxing 40 ounce of Busch beer, and buy a dictionary please.
