Chloride shares jump 34 pct after it rejects takeover bid from Emerson
“Accordingly, it was not in the interests of Chloride and its shareholders and the board has rejected it.”
LONDON : Shares in Chloride Group PLC, Europe's largest maker of backup power supplies, soared 35 percent after the company rejected a 657 million pound takeover offer from U.S. peer Emerson Electric Co. via International Herald Tribune
