HotJobs' Launches 'Pay-Per-Candidate;' Broad Implications
In an action that could have broad implications for the classifieds industry, Yahoo! HotJobs has added a "Pay Per Candidate" model that guarantees that recruiters aren't paying for untouched "ghost" listings.
