I cannot appreciate the publice F Kameny as others do. I live with his other side. The private life is neglect of the family who supported him early on, both emotionally and financially.He was NOT destitude or alone. His sister de-closeted him with his then suicidal mother, took care of her, and then helped him buy his house. I know his deceptions;where there should be gratitude there is tremendous nastiness.
