Home Prices See Record Drop
U.S. home prices slid more than 16 percent in the third quarter compared to the same time a year ago, a widely watched survey indicates.

Home prices are not dropping in New Jersey. Mainly Monmouth County. I don't know if N.J. will fall later or if we have a very strong housing market.
