Housing market tumbles in March quarter
“The trend in home price appreciation indicates that there is a significant correction under way in the housing market”
A 40 percent fall in house sales in the March quarter and slump in median house price growth points to further weakness in the market, but a soft landing is still possible, according to a report today. via XtraMSN Real Estate
