Exxon and BHP announce big Australia gas project

MELBOURNE, Australia - A subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corp. and BHP Billiton Ltd on Friday announced a $1.25 billion project to tap oil and gas reserves in Bass Strait off southern Australia.
