Give 'em the loans. We're (the U.S.) competing with Governments such as Japan, India, China, Pakistan, Korea, Mexico, etc...that subsidize their industry to the detriment of our society. Years of the dumping of foreign products here below cost has taken it's toll on the structure and fabric of our society. Turnabout is fair-play. America first.
