Republic Airways Holdings, the company that owns Midwest Airlines, has announced it will add 800 full time jobs and keep 700 current positions in Milwaukee.

Let me guess, if you are ex-YX you aren't getting recalled. You can however get your same job back with Reoublic holdings. The pay will be slightly less. Just a theory mind you, but I wouldn't be surprised if I was right

RIGHT!!! you get your job back at half the pay(non-union), NO seniority, No bennies for the first 90 days again and you get to be the first ones out the door when they go down or go thru "hard times". You know the last hired the first fired story? I hope most of my former YX'ers have moved on and don't look back. Those that do go to republic can find the exit doors clearly marked when they find out that Milwaukee is not the hot bed they thought it was and start cutting jobs. And they will start to cut in Milwaukee first.
