It is 747-8 not 747-B as it is written below two of the pictures.

I saw the wood mock up of the 747 being built in building 1 Jefferson St.. The hi bay brace in the roof had to be cut out to clear the horozontal stablizer. The mock was moved to Mashall St to have the vicitical finish.
I got draft in the service 1968. I was station in Ft, Lewis Ws. I gought to see the first 747 fly out of Renton Ws. with the press take picture.
Little know fact 747 weigh so much when move outside the hanger. The run way setal 1/2". It had to have specal platform to distubit the weight.
