Microsoft Raises Yahoo Bid
While there is discrepancy among media sources, several are reporting that Microsoft has raised its initial $31/share bid for Yahoo, at least by a few dollars. Shareholders at Yahoo have long been saying they want $35 per share. Perhaps they're going to get it from Microsoft. We have Andy Beal's Marketing Pilgrim blog to thank for the details.
