Fatal freeze as Bulgaria faces further 'Code Orange' weather warning

Thousands of Bulgarians still without electricity, water supply after heavy snowfalls

After the traffic and power supply chaos that followed heavy snowfalls in Bulgaria this past weekend, the situation has largely returned to normal but the morning of January 10 2012 found states of emergency still in force in some places while thousands of Bulgaria are without power and water supplies.
