The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development said on Wednesday it is considering providing a long-term senior loan of up to 7.0 million euro to finance the construction and operations of a 10 megawatts-peak solar photovoltaic power plant located in the villages of Dabovo and Vetren, in central Bulgaria.
