Unidentified assailants hacked the right arm of a journalist on Govt Edward College campus here yesterday allegedly for reporting an obscene dance performance on the campus.

DHAKA: A bomb was hurled at a printing press of a national daily in capital, two journalists came under attacks in Faridpur and Pabna while a robbery was committed in Somoy Television office in Khulna city on Saturday.

Dhaka: The International Federation of Journalists has voiced concern over the increasing hazards being faced by journalists in Bangladesh as political strife intensifies.
