The Erie BayHawks' D.J. Kennedy today was named to the All-NBA D-League honorable mention team and joined teammate Mychel Thompson on the all-rookie second team.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed Erie BayHawks rookie D.J. Kennedy for the remainder of the 2011-12 season, the Cavaliers announced this afternoon.

With five games remaining, the Erie BayHawks hold the eighth and final playoff spot heading into today's 7 p.m. game against Fort Wayne at Tullio Arena.
