If you were to conjure the most random basketball highlight ever, it might include "Miracle" Milt Palacio -- he of long-ago game-winner fame -- feeding Joseph Forte for a dunk over Kwame Brown during a game that featured Michael Jordan on the Washington Wizards. You would want Tommy Heinsohn narrating the event because he would inevitably provide an absurdly over-the-top comment that would seem beyond laughable at the time, and far more zany 13 years later.
