The bats came alive for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Saturday, as the RailRiders belted out 17 hits and the pitching staff held off a few Pawtucket threats in a 9-4 win over the Red Sox in the second game of a four-game series at McCoy Stadium.

Laird, Chiefs drop RailRiders again
