The Philadelphia Phillies have activated right-hander Brett Myers from the disabled list and outrighted three players to the minors.
Moves: Register, Naughton designated for assignment
The moves clear space on the 40-man roster for catcher Paul Hoover, who was called up today, and for left-hander Antonio Bastardo, who was removed from the 60-day disabled list and has been optioned to Reading.
