The Philadelphia Phillies have activated right-hander Brett Myers from the disabled list and outrighted three players to the minors.

The moves clear space on the 40-man roster for catcher Paul Hoover, who was called up today, and for left-hander Antonio Bastardo, who was removed from the 60-day disabled list and has been optioned to Reading.

Miguel Cairo delivered a groundball single up in the middle against a drawn-in infield in the bottom of the 10th inning, enabling the Lehigh Valley IronPigs to end a three-game losing streak with a 10-9 win over Louisville on Wednesday night.
