Roster Shake-Up Won't Help Chicago Cubs

The Chicago Cubs' roster looks very different after having Monday off. Before the start of their series against the Texas Rangers , the Cubs designated for assignment infielder Brent Lillibridge and reliever Hisanori Takahashi , reactivated second baseman Darwin Barney and added newly acquired pitcher Kevin Gregg to the 25-man roster.
