While I am traveling to one of my favorite cities, Boston, the organization put together another winning week at 14-12. Rochester and New Britain were both above .500. In player movement, Joe Benson was placed on the disabled list a day after hitting his first home run back with New Britain.

Minnesota Twins right-hander Deolis Guerra, 23, the last remaining piece of the trade that sent Johan Santana to the New York Mets in 2008, was promoted to Class AAA Rochester from Class AA New Britain on Saturday and immediately threw three scoreless innings for the Red Wings.
