Cabrera escapes jam to finish off Bisons' win

Closer Fernando Cabrera pitched the final two innings and got out of a major jam in the bottom of the ninth today to preserve the Buffalo Bisons' 8-7 win over the homestanding Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees before 4,681 in Coca-Cola Field.
