Outlaws Notebook: Newer Outlaws starting to make impact

An aspect of the Chico Outlaws' slower second-half pace that received much emphasis throughout the season was a retooled roster that saw changes at four infield spots after the Outlaws won the Golden Baseball League's first half in the North Division.
