GGLBC host anniversary service The Greater Golden Light Baptist Church family of Basile will host its 6th Annual Pastor & Wife Anniversary Service today at 1:30 p.m. The public is invited.

All those adventures, and many more, await children this summer as they take part in an age-old favorite - Vacation Bible School.

Family movie night at Yorktown United Methodist Church will feature a family-friendly movie at 7 p.m. Friday, May 25, in the chapel.

Vacation Bible School submissions are now being accepted for our special VBS listing that will run June 2. Submissions must be received by May 29 in order to be considered.

St. Paul Lutheran Church will be holding Vacation Bible School from 9 to 11:30 a.m. June 18-22. It is being offered free to children ages 3-12. The theme is "Incrediworld Amazement Park - A Thrill Ride Through God's Creation." There will be Bible stories, puppet shows, crafts, music and snacks.

Registration is currently open for Vacation Bible School at Northside Baptist Church! VBS is for rising four-year-olds through rising 5th graders.

Fields of Grace Vacation Bible School will be held May 29-June 1 at Truscott Elementary School, 211 Sixth St.

Three Bleckley churches will have Vacation Bible School within the first two weeks of June.

Each evening from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. children will enjoy fun activities, crafts, games and more.

"Operation Overboard - Dare to Go Deep with God" is the theme of Vacation Bible School 2012 hosted by Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1600 Genesee Street, Delafield, and All Saints Lutheran Church, 705 W. Tomlin Road, Wales.

"Sonrise National Park" will be the theme of Vacation Bible School from June 18-22 at Foothill Community Church, 2475 Foothill Boulevard.
