Noah and the Whale News

From the first time we saw them - four years ago, in a small tent at Cambridge Folk Festival - Noah & The Whale have done nothing but surprise us.

Indie folk band Noah who count Laura Marling and Emmy the Great among their former members, are at the vanguard of the British new folk movement with signature singles 5 Years Time and L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N. doing much to define the genre.

THE Civic never seemed smaller, hotter or busier as Noah and the Whale made their way on to the stage.

They boast a quirky name that lodges in the memory, but familiarity has only recently translated into widespread recognition and success for Noah and the Whale.
