En Plein Air: LeMoyne Parks Art Festival

The 12th Annual LeMoyne Chain of Parks Art Festival will be Saturday and Sunday, April 21-22, bringing more than 150 national fine artists to the Capital City for a weekend of fine art, culinary delights, children's art activities and live entertainment.
