The band Throwdown Jones will open for Bret Michaels on Monday night at The Main Cellar City Club in Hickory.

Oraganizers of Tony Awards have settled a lawsuit filed by POISON singer Bret Michaels over a mishap that occurred during a production number featuring the "Rock Of Ages" cast, which resulted in a head injury for Michaels .

The Dallas indie pop rock outfit North of Autumn has split into two: Half of the band will remain in North of Autumn, and the others have formed their own band called Pool House .

Musical acts for audiences of all ages will take the stage at the Jackson County Fair this summer July 17 through 21.
