FINCA Azerbaijan Non-banking Credit Organization held the opening ceremonies of new offices in Shirvan and Saatly cities on Jan.23, the organization's press release says on Wednesday.

President Ilham Aliyev toured the facilities here and saw a layout of the settlement and materials used in the construction.

Under the order, local authorities of Agjabedi, Imishli, Saatly and Gusar will receive AZN 1.5 million each from the President`s Reserve Fund in order reconstruct the Agjabdedi-Garadolag-Kabirli, Imishli-Garavelli-Mirili, Saatly-Musaly-Mazrali as well as strategically important Hazra-Zukhul highways.
