Toyota Returns To Profit In Latest Quarter

I work at tmmk georgetown plant. The "Toyota Way" of doing things is starting to take a major hit at our company. There is presently a invasion of tempoary workers being injected into our operations. They view this as a cost cutting measure, but the team members that helped this company achieve the status they now hold know it is nothing but corporate greed at its finest. The temp agencys that are currently on our site are nothing but "The fall Guys" when things go bad. When the public is tunned into the labor practices and workers rights that are being lost with these companys we all know that this will not be TMMK's problem, but instead the temp agencys, that if the truth was known, are also companys toyota owns or funds, problems. Temp agencys are now the "American Standard" Do you think are standard of living is falling in the usa? If not just go out and drive to your local Tempoary Work service and check it out. Its no longer a decent job for fair pay, but work you till you break and pick up your peanuts. How sad. Eliminate jobs, cut costs, cut benefits, and reap the profits. Toyota is the world leader with this way of running a company. "THE TOYOTA WAY" Does that not sound beautiful. Let me give you another one. TOYOTA, MOVING FORWARD..........WHILE EVERYTHING ELSE AROUND THEM MOVES BACWARDS. Just be thankful you have a job..........the way they are eliminating the FULL TIME positions I would have to say this is probably the statement that keeps them going. In closing: Today I trained a temp named Bob. He said "I'd like to take your job. I said "I think thats kinda funny". He said "I know, for 1/2 the money". Sad but true. Thanks Toyota.

Well, it's been said that not only does Toyota want to bypass GM, they want to become just like them. Hope not.

Toyota is junk!
With oil sludge problems, with the dangerous hesitation/downshifting problem that becomes normal when the now atleast three tsb's fail to fix problem.
Toyota's quality?? well that is a joke! the paint falls off, the radio is crazy, dangerous hesitation problem, the passanger seat wobbles side to side at 25 miles an hour with no one in it,hub caps fall off,the pos shakes at idle, and on and on.
Just open the drivers door and close it look at the side of the door Can anyone say tin can??
This is what I found with my 07 camry that I owned for 10 days. traded it back in at down east toyota in brewer maine and lost 7000.00, yes 7000.00 in 10 days now that is toyota quality.

you toyota full time workers are worthless and your worried about losing your job to a temp worker that appreciates the job. you guys don t know what its like to not be able to have a good job. if it was nt for alot of the temps you guys would work alot harder
