I was on the 2004 Kia Spectra launch in beautiful Southern California and was thoroughly impressed.

With Kia's flagship Amanti sedan getting a little long in the tooth, and with several new or redesigned models presently in its line-up, it comes as no surprise that a replacement is waiting in the wings.

Kia recently unveiled details about their latest sedan, the Cadenza. This entry-level luxury sedan is based on the Hyundai Azera, and will be replacing the aged Kia Amanti.

After an online breach on Friday gave us our first taste of the production version of Kia's 2009 Seoul Motor Show KND-5 concept car, the South Korean automaker today came out with official photos of its new range-topping sedan that has been named K7 for the domestic market and Cadenza for the rest of the world.
