Cocaine brick found during traffic stop
Crockett Police Officer Alfredo Fajardo located a brick of cocaine weighing approximately 250 grams inside a vehicle he stopped for a traffic violation Wednesday, April 18, at about 11:10 p.m. After he stopped a Jeep Laredo on Loop 304, Fajardo observed indicators associated with criminal behavior and obtained consent to search the vehicle.

Two girls walking in the crosswalk in front of the fire department on Wood Avenue were struck by a Jeep Laredo on April 3 just before 5 p.m. It appears that both girls received leg injuries, however, the extent of their injuries are not known.
