Workers assemble a new 2013 Dodge Dart on Thursday at Chrysler's Belvidere Assembly Plant in Belvidere.

Nearly four months after his first visit to the Belvidere Assembly Plant when he announced the addition of 1,800 new jobs, Chrysler Group LLC Chairman and CEO returned to the plant to celebrate the launch of the all-new Dodge Dart with about 1,000 employees.
