This kind of thing happens all the time in Paterson. 5am in front of the projects on Presidential Blvd... hmm go figure. What is a 23 yr old girl from Westwood doing in Paterson anyway? I bet there were drugs involved...

I know the girl through mutual friends and whether it was a perfect stranger or someone you know, IT IS HORRIBLE.....ever here of being at the wrong place at the wrong time. May Elisha and her baby rest in peace.

You should all keep that in mind next time one of your slackjawed politicians starts talking about our "NEED" for Gun Control. The only guns controlled are those of law abiding citizens -- WHo are now defenseless Against the unlawful and illegal guns. We unfortunatly will need more cases like this until people wake up that Gun Control Solves no problems, and this state has put all of you at risk everyday. I know this girl and she was definelty NOT there for drugs....she has a boyfriend that lives around the area, and Elisha is a bright and smart girl, she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time...im very saddened by this and all our prayers go out to her sister and family!!!

Elisha was dumb, like most of the young women in the inner city that gets involved with young dudes that have no respect for their lives or no one else's. Her so-called boyfriend was involved in gang activity. He is a crypt. What the hell is this girl trying to prove. Does she want to be down? She has no place in the hood. She has no place around gang related activity. She is hanging out in from of the towers at 5:00am. That is dumb. Nothing good can come from that. She has no judge of character to get involved with a loser. Someone who accepts the ideology of gang life is mentally challenge. for her to be attracted to that says a lot about where her mind was at. It's unfortunately that such bad decision making and poor judgment cost the young lady but the streets do not play for keeps.

Elisha has had friends in Paterson going back 10 years! And she was not on a street corner! Get your facts str8 before you start running off at the mouth! She was at a friends house and on her way to the car saying thier goodnights when the shooting happend! And yes she is FROM westwood however she currently lived in Paterson w/ her boyfriend! So she was no stranger to Paterson!

you ever heard of a family gathering where that's where she was doesn't matter if it was 2pm it could of happend at anytime at any place. You have so called kids lets see when they grow up and wanna do things on their own
