NEWARK - The following people appeared Wednesday in Licking County Municipal Court in front of acting Judge Larry Arnold for a bond hearing. The case will be heard next by a grand jury for possible indictment. * Alan A. Cook, 18, last known address 104 E. Cumberland Road, Hebron, was charged with trafficking in marijuana in the vicinity of a school, a fourth-degree felony. On Tuesday, a Lakewood High School student told the school resource officer Cook had given a paper containing suspected marijuana to another student. Cook was called to the office and allegedly admitted to selling the marijuana to another student. Arnold set Cook's bond at $10,000. via The Advocate
