Personal opinion, I don't think we've hit bottom yet. It appears our economy and stocks are picking up too but there not.
Just wishful thinking |

1 Not that it matters, in this hostile economy the makers will continue to change production. At any rate I find it absolutely amusing that GM goes through BR and still winds up as #1, while Toyota gets trumped by VW. |

Actually our government has for the most part stayed out of the daily operations. We suspect the will soon be an afterthought.

1 Why don't you tell the REAL truth? You may be able to blow smoke of some of these peoples behinds, but some of us actually do research and look into your half @sssed statistics. The numbers you are referring to are not numbers referring to cars sold. Only cars planned for production. An automaker can produce all the cars they want, but if they can't sell them then they're still not #1. VW Toyota GM Ford Chew on the truth for a little while. It's better for you. |

1 Production is tracked by volume i.e. units produced. Sales are tracked by units sold. Please research the two different figures and you will find that as of November, GM remains on top. You have evidently never worked in the auto industry. Let me know if I can be of more assistance. Thank you for the kind words and recognition. regards- |

1 You couldn't be of any assistance to anyone even if you tried. Unless all they are interested in are lies and gross exaggerations of the truth as you see it. P.S. GM remains on top in the U.S. not the world. Quit trying to intertwine stories and fool people into thinking that you tell the truth. If I can be of anymore assistance to you in getting you to see the truth please let me know. |

1 Incorrect - as of November, GM remained as the largest maker by production. GM remained the largest in the US by sales and production, on that point you got it correct. |

1 Think global JJ. Toyota is still on top and posting a profit. Meanwhile GM cannot claim a profit, due to the enormous long term debt obligations to the U.S. taxpayers. |

I’m thinking about how many billions they will lose this year. End of discussion. |

Ok maybe I’m being a little harsh. Let’s give them an opportunity to reduce capacity and improve upon some of the massive quality failures of the last five years. Shall we give them a chance? It’s not up to me, let the American people decide. Toy Ota peeked in 08, you will concede that fact in another few months. Face it, they had an opportunity and they blew it. History repeats itself.
|
|||
Why don't you try telling the WHOLE story for once? Almost ALL automakers peaked in 2007 & 2008. |
||||
A LOT less than GM! Now THAT'S the end of discussion. |
||||
|
Hey JJFADS. How many hybrid cars does GM sell? Would that be "0" now that the nice looking half-@ssed Malibu hybrid has been discontinued?
