Product Liability Pact is the document that holds GM responsible for product defects after BR. If you weren’t so busy running your mouth you would have known this. At any rate, consumers will have the same legitimate rights as they did before. Toyota is the same way. Further, GM comes out of BR with a very nice balance sheet while Toyota continues to suffer and roll in mountains of debt. You don’t understand business.

Why so bitter?

PROPAGANDA- Not working for you kid. The American people have shunned Gm this is why it has failed.
The bottom line is that GM makes garbage, their products aren't desiable and not selling. They have laid off thousands of americans and now don't want to pay up for the proffessional grade injuries their junk products have caused.

I own the "new" GM and I say it's pure garbage and so do millions of other americans that say they will never buy their junk again. This is why ford is doing better. Ignorant rednecks just moved over to ford.

When you woke up this morning Toyota was #1. When you go to bed tonight, Toyota will remain #1.

You can spin, spew your propaganda crap but at the end of the day- Your prized "american" company died.

Consider yourself schooled.

OH WHAT A FEELING.

You want facts?
Well, here are some real facts--no hype, no bias, nothing but truth!!
The facts are----this entire forum has turned into a complete fiasco, dominated by three or four fascist-like thugs (STD, Jake-Chevylevy,Crown Victoria and Vance1), plus a site administrator (JJFADS)who not only allows the offensive thuggery to continue but participates in it.
Any semblance of mature discussion is immediately jumped on by these goons, and those on the receiving end of their crap are subject to a flurry of offensive personal insults and in many cases outright profanity.
Most if not all of which does nothing to add any meaningful value to the forum itself.
These are facts which cannot be disputed--these bozos make a mockery of what Topix as a meaningful place to talk about automobiles.
They act like petulent adolescents with serious attitude issues.
No doubt these comments will elicit a flurry of more such useless crap from them---which will only underscore what is already happening here.
Sadly, there will only be more of the same.

Exactly the kind of typically stupid response expected.
You get your "jollies" from marginalizing others.
You claim "it's all in fun", but at other's expense.
You fan the flames of confrontation with no consideration or respect for others.
Most folks would consider what you do as 'sick and offensive'.
And that sir, is the truth, in spite of your attempt to marginalize it---again.
Let's see what the authors of this site have to say about it.

My posts are off the cuff. They do not contain profanity, racism, or violate the terms of service. Buy some flowers and get over it.

Your posts are off the cuff all right---very much so---but sans profanity, racism, or violations of terms of agreement?
Definitely not! Not once, but hundreds of times!!
Furthermore, you deliberately ridicule and demean others here---routinely.
And as a so-called "administrator" you allow, support, and encourage others of that ilk (those ignorant thugs--Jake, Vance1,Crown Victoria, STB et al)---to do the same and spice it with profanity.
So claiming innocence is just so much self indulgent rhetoric---you are not only in violation ofn the terms of agreement, but clearly not living up to your mandate as an administrator.
If you're unwilling to do the job as it's supposed to be done, then it's time for the owners of this site to find someone who will.
It's also time you woke up to reality.
Between yourself and those four thugs, this forum has been turned into an ugly free for all with no rules.

Sir, an internet forum is not a vehicle for your personal wishes. My posts are within the TOS.

Sir, neither is this forum a vehicle for your personal wishes,(nor should it be for those thugs you encourage) but that's how you and them apparently choose to use it.(and that's the truth!!)
So why is it that you dispense advice which you ignore?
Don't bother answering--the answer is obvious---it goes to a lack of character in your case, and a lack of maturity in theirs.
Try just doing your job the way you're mandated to, and there'll be no problem.

Another distortion of facts by JJFADS??
He calls a $48 Billion Loan Obligation a "nice balance sheet".....he'll have to look hard to find any accountant to agree with that!!
Seriously, a full recovery by GM is a huge question mark just now.
Wait a year before making any bets.
