Well it is ABOUT time some thought went into this mess! Before 1990 you NEVER saw an entire freeway shut down for hours (or even days in some cases) for a wreck. The free flow of traffic was considered a priority in police work. Just what the *(&^ are our government people thinking? When you creep by these wrecks there are a lot of cops and firemen standing around, chatting and waisting time. MY TIME! I used to be a cop so I know.
