I grew up not far from there fond memories of going to Tn. I used to mow Mr Eric Taylor's yard He owned the ferry

The picture of the Cottonwood Ferry brings back good memories from a long time past. I can remember the last time I crossed on the ferry in 1969. Thanks for the post.

I think the ferry operated until 1976, when the bridge opened on I-155.
