This is not mexico city, this is Madrid, Spain, Columbus plaza in Paseo de la Castellana.

Do you know which part of Mexico City it might be? Maybe a hospital where he was sent to? This will definitely help.

I looked it up. That is definitely Madrid, Spain like Mendoza says.
