We hired Spiekerman Homes after already having a contractor that could not meet our deadlines and ran out of money in our project. Spiekerman Homes came in fixed our construction documents and finished our project on time and on budget. It's really comforting to know that there is a company out there that understands the construction process. It really pays to hire a contractor that has experience. At first we were unsure and thought they would be extremely expensive due to the fact they primarily build high end homes on the peninsula. Until they explained to us they have no job too big or to small and cater to each individual client’s budget. Check out their design build process where you can actually see your home in 3D with pricing before you go down the path of permits and expensive cost. The design build process gave us the ability to know what we could do early on in the project and we saved money. This was our third remodel it was very interesting to go through there process because we picked out all fixtures, appliances, etc through their office. We wasted no time running around town trying to figure things out. If you are ever out and about see what they did with the San Juan Bautista Mission wedding reception area. WOW!!!

You will be happy to hear that everyone who sees our house has nothing but compliments on the design, finishes and overall floor plan. Even though we came to you with a basic floor plan to start, your design aesthetic and concepts where inspired and creative in adapting the floor plan to flow making the overall appearance of the house more dramatic. Overall it was a great experience and we love our home!
