wow !!! james shultz jr of mccullom lk. uses his skill as a trained bulb installer, to change the high voltage light that lights up the village. for months the lazy neighbor has done nothing to fix the broken baulb, that we think was shot out by a gang related drive by. the shultz's once again display that they are great neighbors
