The National Associatio of Water Companies appears to be an industry lobbying organization that is seeking to privatize water and sewer utilities that are already owned by county and municipal taxpayers through their local governements --- should Tennessee Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey and Tennessee Regulatory Authority Director Kenneth C. Hill be allow to privatize our locally owned water and sewer utilities?
