Lorraine Cinema

I remember this theatre, when we would go see some
of the best movies back in our time, such memories
such a great place.

A mildewy mess. If you want to deal with a business that just plain doesn't give a sh*t. By all means go waste your time and money trying to watch a movie their.

F*ck the Lorraine, F*ck the staff at the Lorraine, and F*ck the parents who drop ten kids off so they can go get trashed.

Most of all, F*ck you losers that can't shut up about how GREAT The Loraine theater is. It's a worthless sh*thole that should be demolished ASAP. Yeah, they have a world class sound system, and you STILL CAN'T HEAR the movie because of all the future white trash garbage running their mouths and talking on their phones.

Y'know that smell when you drive into town? It smells like sewage? Well, it's the most fitting warning anyone could have came up with for Hoopeston, now everyone knows what to expect as they're driving in. Sh*tty people.

I recently went to the Lorraine to see a movie and it was a huge mistake. From the moment i walked in the front door i smelled the mold and mildew. By the time I left i had a horrible migrane from the smell. It took forever for the movie to start. There were lots of young people running their mouth the whole time. I paid $50 for tickets and snacks that were not worth it at all. The popcorn tasted stale and burnt and the drinks were watered down. This is a mistake I will never make again. Next time I will just stay home, rent a movie and make food worth eating. The Lorraine will never get my business or my families again unless it is sold to someone who does something about the problems and fixes it the way it should be and was when i was growing up!!

It was necessary. Because I wasted good time and good money going to the crappiest theater I've ever been in after everyone told me how great it was.

Every aspect of it was horrible and disgusting.

Someone should demolish this piece of sh*t if they're going to leave it a dirty, smelly, disgusting mess.

It's just a place for parents to drop off 8 kids before they go get trashed for an hour or two.

The employees will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the screaming kids running up and down the aisles and talking amongst themselves and on their phones. This is because it's more important to be a "kid dump" then to actually provide a good or service for profit.

They just look at you as if you are the stupidest person in the world for expecting to enjoy a movie in a movie theater. What can they do about it? Sure, they'll take your money and give you stale popcorn and flat pop....but if you came to see a movie, you came to the wrong place.

And it was plain I wasn't getting a refund for my BS trouble, they couldn't even say they were sorry, it was just excuse after excuse.

If I really wanted to shut it down I'd complain to the Health Dept. There's no way that place would pass, and I'd love to see the look on all the drunk parents faces when they realised they might have to actually spend time with their kids this Saturday instead of dumping them.(They still wouldn't)

So *&%$ you Lorraine Theatre (and employees). Its only a matter of time before it's just an empty lot.
