Most Dillard's stores are nice stores. It's too bad this mall is dying and going the way of the old Sun Valley Mall. If this mall is to stay alive the owners are going to have to come down on rent & spend some money promoting it, to get new business to occupy those empty spaces. No one wants to shop in an empty mall, what's the point. Look how the mall on the HWY in Brownsville bounced back after so many years in decline. Might take some lessons from them.
