Nice graphic but if we took the $23 million that the CEO of Wal-Mart made and gave an equal piece of it to the other employees that would be about $11 per employee...one time...for the whole year. I don't make millions but realize that the people on the top are responsible for making sure all the rest of us even have jobs so they can keep my $11 and I say thank you!

Good for him! He didn't take it from your pocket, unless you voluntarily shooped in one of his stores. He made lots of money for the stockholders and created real jobs for people who can do little else, without taking any of your money by force, unlike our government, which takes from you; creates nothing of value in return, and gives it to those who do nothing. Why don't you complain about that, instead of someone who creates hundreds of millions of dollars of wealth for himself and others to share, by actually earning it?

I haven't made any other statement other than to correct one poster who stated an income of almost 10 million more than he actually made. Like I have said all my life, "I don't begrudge the millionaires and billionaires their money any more than I do drug dealers and prostitutes." I work for my money, live within my means, and am very happy to be able to do so. Take your hatred out on someone else. Have a Happy Day!

I would think Wal-Mart has cost this country more jobs then it's ever created. Think about it, the market is only so big for the products they sell. When they move in, thousands of smaller Mom and Pop businesses close up. They can't buy bulk the way Wal-Mart can. Just look at Glasgow.
