Cannot wait until this is posted! I think this will be a fun "game". I love landscaping and think that with the idea of others it could be kind of neat to see what "could be' for this poor garden less house.

well there is a stump to the right but it is not showing up, it needs to be removed.

Am thinking that starting with something that flowering shrubs would be nice, such as azaleas in a bright color.

Well.........it looks like there is a start on the landscaping. Cause the first step to a better lawn is to Kill it..........

Maybe this will give the "gardener" an idea on how to get the lawn started,lol.

Grass seed, fertilizer and maybe letting it grow a bit taller before mowing would help with the ugly lawn issues. Also not cutting it so short for a while. They could actually work on hollowing out the stump and making a planter out of it. Might be something interesting, have seen others do such things and it looked nice, just depends on what you plant.
