Cant you all just be civilized and take care of your community and love the people of your community? ESL is bad.. very bad, but there is always room for improvement if the community can pull together. Can you all not be leaders rather than followers?
I dont want to shake my head and say " who cares, its just ESL". I want prosperity for all regardless of color or culture.
You dont need a white person helping you, you dont need anything else but work and integrity to accomplish miracles in your town. You can do it on your own and have the pride inside of being a leader who made change and a positive black community with no one's help. I believe that whites are no better than blacks, we're all people and you can have good if you wish to work for it. You have bright minds and strong will. I beg you to use those 2 wonderful qualities to show everyone that you arent po' uncivilized n-words. Youre human beings and no one is above you or below you. I want you to show the rest that not only the ugly and bad comes from ESL. Good is there, it just hasnt been given a chance to thrive.
Do you realize what prosperity you could have if the place was safer and under control? Your position and location is PERFECT for industry and manufacturing. Your town could truly thrive if you can make it so investors and businesses desire to invest in placing their businesses there.

East saint Louis is a bad town now so is Cahokia it wil always be a bad town I lived thee all my life and lost family and friends because of gangs and stupid ass people and it will never change becaus people there will never try to change alll they are are drug addicts alcoholics and chomos and rapist and gang members so yea it will never Change trust me on tht Idfc people are asswholes and leave ther kids I know a few people I'm not saying names
