resident Whiting, IN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #5 Oct 14, 2010 since the town chose to fly the hispanic flag,more and more hispanic residents are now flying the large flags on their homes.It feels more like mexico here then Cicero!Guess they are not proud to live in the U.S.of America!
