Scott Botts and Rebecca Huff

Hello my name is Scott D Botts and I am married to Rebecca A Huff. I am a retired Marine and she works for the C.I.A. I live in Scott Co. Tn,. now and she lives in South Riding, Va. We are separated and we have a 2 year old daughter that she will not let me see.

It is all who you know in the court system now a days. I admit to kicking the child gate that she kept closing while I was moving furniture, so a mth later she went and got a order of protection on me, but when I tried to press charges for domestic violence on her for hitting me, the law would not do anything about it.

Is it just me or does this crap happen to a lot of men. The law is one sided when it comes to this and it is not for the men. I think that it should be fair, not just one sided.

This happens to guys like you because you're the guy that deserves it. Take responsibility for your actions; quit blaming your wife for your mistakes. Sounds like you're on the losing side of a divorce and it's easier getting sympathy from strangers on the internet than manning up like a retired marine should. Straighten out your life so your daughter can have a father she's proud of.

Wow...it sounds like you are just a bitter man that can't fathom the consequenses of his decisions. To advertise you and your wife (soon to be ex?) full names, residential locations, and job descriptions seems to be more than just venting or an immature rant. Are you not getting the sympathy you feel you deserve from tangable humans? Is your last resort to plead your case to complete strangers on the internet? Doesn't look like your going to get much sympathy here buddy, move on and man up!
