Additional info: I live out of state, ordered as a birthday present for my mother. It is November. Jack o lanterns on black ribbons are not fall themed. Owner told me that the ribbon was considered fall and they will use it until Thanksgiving. I remained calm on the phone and asked owner to please not yell at me repeatedly and he still proceeded to scream at me until I was in tears. I understand that substitutions would be used but come on, it looks like it was thrown together carelessly and left over ribbon was used to get rid of it. Company had well over 24 hour notice to put arrangement together. They did a terrible job and owner rudely said he would go change out the ribbon for her but it was said with much attitude.
